Printing Guidlines
The standard turn-around time for all printing and/or layout and design requests is 5 to 10 business days after receiving the proper documentation along with an Inter-Departmental Transfer Request Form For Payment (Journal or Journal of Transfer) and an approved proof.
A proof will be emailed for all orders that require layout and design by our Senior Art & Publication Production Specialist, which must be approved and signed in order to proceed with your printing request.The time required to print documents will also depend on the complexity of the design, the number of copies needed, and print jobs that were received prior to your request.
